As a Myrtle Beach native, I have worked in the engineering and land surveying industry with strong client relations in project management. Additionally, my background in residential construction and remodeling allows me to better spot potential issues with materials, installation and workmanship that may be missed by other inspectors. Our home inspection experience is inclusive. We encourage you to join us during the inspection, and to ask questions as you go. Having you with us on the inspection also gives us an opportunity to provide you with tips on home care and maintenance. For instance, you can learn how to change the furnace filter, turn off the water, gas, and electricity in an emergency.

We use the latest tools and technology, including an infrared thermometers and cameras, digital moisture meters, and telescopic inspection poles or extension ladders to access high roofs in order to get a close-up look.

We use state-of-the-art reporting software so that we can compile our findings as we work. Your report will include detailed descriptions and digital photos of any defects we discover, as well as a summary page highlighting the most important issues.
